Industrial photography of the facilities of United Energy Company
OJSC United Energy Company is a grid company that provides power for industrial enterprises, commercial real estate, social facilities, and individuals.
UEC is headquartered in St. Petersburg, and its branches operate in six of the eight federal districts, except for the Far East and North Caucasus. The company renders services to about 3 million individual consumers, as well as industrial enterprises and life support facilities in cities and towns (transport, hospitals, heat and water supply facilities). Besides, UEC is engaged in the development of the power grid infrastructure. The company maintains power lines, transformer and distribution substations, and builds new power sources. To respond quickly to emergencies, UEC includes own emergency rescue service.
OJSC United Energy Company turned to Line Artworks for updating its photo bank and creating visual materials for the company’s presentation within the SPIEF.
The Line Artworks team visited the major infrastructure facilities of the company and chose three locations for photography in St. Petersburg and three more locations in the Leningrad region.
Photography at the approved locations lasted for four days. The resulting photographs show power facilities and laboratories of the company, employees at work, as well as emergency service specialists and special vehicles used to promptly respond to emergencies.
