The goal was to conduct an photoshoot for marketing products, investor presentations, company PR, and HR initiatives to attract prospective employees. The client wanted more than just staged photos; they aimed for a comprehensive portrayal of EuroChem’s activities.
The client sought diverse storylines, including the product chain from production to shipment, a focus on employees, technological aspects of production, and more.
One significant theme was portraying the idea that the result is the collective effort of individuals, emphasizing the pivotal role of employees in the entire production process.
All individuals featured in the photos are genuine EuroChem employees, not models. The project aimed to showcase authentic interactions between employees, control panels, work in mines, and communication among specialists.
The project was led by Sergey Tatarskih, a renowned photographer from Line Artworks studio. He ranks among the top 25 industrial and corporate photographers globally.
With his work featured in well-known publications such as Forbes, Discovery, Smithsonian, Oil & Gas Journal, and Mining Global.
The photoshoot covered five different facilities, with the client approaching the project in August and the imperative to conclude it by the end of September due to weather constraints. Despite the tight schedule, the project details were meticulously planned with the client, a comprehensive script was developed, and on-site shoots were organized. The entire process, spanning five locations, took a month.
The client aimed to present EuroChem as a company that addresses modern challenges on a global scale, showcasing its commitment to technology, professionalism, and digitization. The resulting photographs aimed to demonstrate EuroChem as a major player in the market.
The project involved understanding the client’s objectives, establishing a shooting schedule with the central office, coordinating detailed shooting plans with each facility, creating a daily shooting schedule considering production timelines and weather conditions, preparing locations, and conducting the shoot.
A drone was employed at one facility to capture the scale and modern infrastructure.
At the final stage, together with the client, 150 photos were selected for processing out of around 50,000 captured during the project. Line Artworks has previously undertaken other projects for EuroChem, showcasing the ongoing collaboration between the two entities.
